What? Light; What by? Irony

What? Light; What by? Irony
What? Light; What by? Irony [Tabular Form], 2000, 180x230cm, egg tempera on canvas

By throwing a dart I drew the pair of categories. What? Light – With what? Irony. I was trying to solve a very difficult task by building distance (irony?) with the use of another table similar in principle.
The table is made by both horizontally and vertically written colours of thespectrum (light): red; orange; yellow; green; blue; indigo;violet. In the generated fields we get What? red; orange; yellow; green; blue; indigo; violet - With what? with red;with orange; with yellow; with green; with blue; withindigo; with violet.
Each colour painted with a differentcolour each time and in 49 boxes, each painted with each.Eventually, it turned out that you can paint any colour with any colour one after another.
